A Note from Jill

When I joined Don Hattan, my grandfather and father had built the company providing hometown values and service to the customer. However, the automobile industry has a reputation of its own. It is my challenge to continue to set us apart from that perception.We work hard every day to provide an experience for our customers that is one they can trust and one that is absolutely hassle free. We do this by supporting each other so we can deliver that exceptional customer service and grow our brand. We provide new employees with Ambassador Training to acquaint new employees.


We also have traditional paid training as well as our in-house development program, Emerging Leaders, that promotes professional and personal growth.


My husband, Ben Thomas, joined the Don Hattan team in 2004 and is committed to the personal growth of the people in our company. We both believe our main focus must be on our people. We must hire right, train, give feedback, reward and give advancement opportunities. It’s a simple idea that leads to amazing careers.
